  9. Now you can try out and compare software - at your own pace and in the convenience of your own home or office - before you buy. To get started, simply double-click the Software Dispatch program on this CD. Be sure to watch the informative introductory movie for tips on how to use this CD.

  11. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BUY SOFTWARE?
  12. When you purchase products through Software Dispatch, the software and user manuals appear instantly on your computer. Just double-click the Purchases shopping bag icon. This icon will show up on your desktop after your first purchase, and every time you reinsert the CD.

  18. Inside, you'll see your products in folders ready to be installed. Most products have special installation instructions, so be sure the read the ``Read Me First'' document found inside each product folder.

  24. NOTE: AFTER YOU INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, THIS CD ACTS AS A PERMANENT BACK-UP. YOU CAN ALWAYS REINSTALL YOUR SOFTWARE FROM THIS CD.

  27. Complete user manuals can be found inside the ``Manual'' folder. It's your choice to either read the manuals from the CD, or copy them to your hard drive.

  32. NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO COPY THE MANUALS, YOU ALSO NEED TO COPY THE DOCVIEWER APPLICATION PROGRAM. TO DO THIS, FIRST OPEN YOUR CD ICON. NOW LOCATE AND DRAG THE DOCVIEWER FOLDER TO YOUR HARD DRIVE.

  41. *   QuickTime movies have choppy playback when you have Virtual Memory turned on in your Memory Control Panel.

  43. *   Your Purchases icon is only available when you have your Software Dispatch CD inserted.

  45. *   It's unlikely, but if you've purchased a product in the past, your Purchases icon may not show up when you insert your CD. If this happens, don't worry; you haven't lost your software. Your CD just needs minor repairs. Just start the Software Dispatch program and follow the instructions provided; all of your past purchases will reappear.
